Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
At DigiWorld Agency, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital marketing and technology services. We understand that circumstances change. This policy outlines our terms for cancellations and refunds across all service types.
2. Project-Based Services
(Website Development, App Development, CRM, AI Automation)

| Before project kickoff | 100% refund of deposits |
| Within 7 days of kickoff (<25% complete) | 50% refund of paid amount |
| 25%–50% project completion | 25% refund |
| Beyond 50% completion | No refund |
Completion percentage is determined based on hours logged and milestones delivered, as documented by DigiWorld Agency.
3. Ongoing / Retainer Services
(Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Monthly Management)
- Monthly retainers must be cancelled with a minimum of 30 days' written notice prior to the next billing cycle
- Fees already paid for the current month are non-refundable once work has commenced for that period
- Ad spend paid to platforms (Meta, Google, etc.) is outside our control and is non-refundable by DigiWorld Agency
- Unused portions of prepaid monthly fees may be refunded on a pro-rata basis if the cancellation is accepted before work begins
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are strictly non-refundable:
- Strategy and discovery fees (paid for initial audits or blueprints)
- Third-party software, tools, or licensing fees purchased on your behalf
- Domain registrations, hosting, and API/service subscriptions
- Completed and approved deliverables
5. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request:
- Send an email to info@digiworld.agency with the subject line: “Refund Request – [Your Name/Business]”
- Include your invoice number, service details, and reason for the request
- Our team will respond within 3 business days
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method
6. Disputes
If you are dissatisfied with our services, we encourage you to contact us first to resolve the issue amicably. We are committed to fair resolution before any formal dispute process.
